EUNORAU RETURN/REFUND POLICY

Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. Once the order is canceled, you will get the full refund through the original payment route. while we cannot cancel the order if the product already has been shipped out. Moreover, To prevent loss or damage when return, please do do not reject the delivered ebikeand do receive the package first, then contact us via Livechat / Phone / Email immediately, we will call the UPS/FedEx to pick up door to door and take it back. The left refund that has deducted the certain shipping cost will be applied to the original card used in the transaction. Appreciated for your kindly cooperation in advance.

Returns (if applicable)

We accept a return on products. Customers have the right to apply for return within 7 calendar days after the receipt. To be eligible for a return, customers must receive the product in 100% new, Re-sellable condition. Merchandise is not eligible for a refund if it has been assembled, ridden, worn, used, abused, damaged in any way. The merchandise must arrive complete, including warranty cards, manuals, accessories, promotional material, and in the original packaging. Customer must initiate return shipment of the merchandise within 7 calendar days after the delivery date, and pay for the shipping cost to EUNORAU’s warehouses located in the US/AU/EU/UK. We will finish the inspection within 5 days after receipt of the product. If the returned products are not in original condition according to Clause, we will refuse a refund. If the returned products are in original condition according to Clause, and the reasons attributable to the EUNORAU, we will agree to refund the full paid amount, while the reasons attributable to the Customer, we need to deduct the shipping cost first, then the left part will be refunded.

* Annotation:

1) The reasons attributable to the Customer if:

  • Customer placed wrong order or purchased wrong/unwanted product ect.
  • The product was shipped back without admittance from EUNORAU.
  • The product was damaged when shipping back.

2) The reasons attributable to the EUNORAU if:

  • Eunorau shipped out the incorrect product;
  • The product shipped was damaged or defective;
  • The product was damaged in shipping out.

Refunds (if applicable)

Progress time: 1-3 business days.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at service001@eunorau-ebike.com.

Shipping Policy

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days before shipment.

Shipping Within the U.S. (Lower 48 States):

  • Free shipping on all eBikes.

  • Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days.

    • Accessories and batteries: free shipping for orders over $100; $18.00 shipping for orders under $100.

  • Some remote or hard-to-reach areas may incur extra shipping charges.

  • Out-of-stock items may ship from overseas warehouses, with delivery taking up to 10–15 business days.

Customer Responsibility:
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. EUNORAU is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses.

Heybike

Heybike eBikes – 2 Year Warranty, excluding all wear and tear items. The warranty begins from the day of receiving the bike.

RETURN

Heybike offers considerate and comprehensive return services. Please refer to the following details.

FOR NON-QUALITY ISSUES

(1) The bike is brand new and unused.

  • Within 14 days of receipt: full refund; Buyers pay the return shipping fee ($200 for each bike, $280 for Brawn, $400 for Hero).
  • 15 to 30 days of receipt: full refund; Buyers pay the return shipping fee ($200 for each bike, $280 for Brawn, $400 for Hero); Another 20% of the order amount will be charged as the restocking fee.

(2) The bike is used.

  • Within 30 days of receipt: full refund; Buyers pay the return shipping fee ($200 for each bike, $280 for Brawn, $400 for Hero); Another 50% of the order amount will be charged as the restocking fee.
  • Over 30 days of receipt: not allowed to return the bike.
FOR QUALITY ISSUES

(1) Within 14 days of receipt: full refund and no charge of return shipping fee and processing fee; Or buyers can change for other e-bikes without extra payment of return shipping.


Note: Please remember that our Heybike team will investigate into the quality issues carefully. If there is no quality issue and any damage to the bike is found intentional and man-made, we will still charge the return shipping fee.

(2) Between 14-30 days of receipt: Depending on the specific situation, we may charge buyers a certain amount of money as the return shipping fee. Please contact our customer service team and they will decide on the payment.


Note: Within 30 days of receipt, if there is any defective or missing part, we may send the replacement part free of charge depending on the specific situation.

(3) Over 30 days of receipt: Corresponding warranty services will be provided.


Note: For some small defects that are harmless to biking safety, such as peeled-off stickers and minor paint chipping, buyers can choose to contact our customer service team for the corresponding compensation if not return the e-bike. Our team will decide on the refund according to the specific situation.

To start a return, please contact us at support@heybike.com first. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as the instructions on how and where to send back your package. Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days after the returned package is received and inspected. If you can exchange your bike for a new one after negotiating with our customer support, please still return your bike first, and we will send you a new one after we receive it. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Heybike is not responsible for the shipping cost of the package returned by the customers themselves, nor the missing of the returned package. We sincerely appreciate your cooperation!

At Heybike, we value each and every single customer, and customer satisfaction is always our top priority. We are trying our best to speed up the process to make your package arrive as soon as possible. Your patience is highly appreciated. We thank you for your understanding.

We provide local UPS, USPS or FedEx, or DHL shipping services. No tax needed. Please check the shipping area below. We may not deliver to certain places or need extra shipping.

Notice: E-Bikes Are Not for Sale to Persons Under the Age of 18. Underage riders MUST be accompanied by parents or adults when riding.

In-stock orders typically ship within 1-3 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page. Please allow 2-8 business days for your shipment to arrive at your address.

For pre-orders, please refer to the shipping date on the product page. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email once the order has shipped.

SHIPPING CHANGES

NO CHARGE for changing the address BEFORE we provide you the tracking number.

$30 WILL BE CHARGED when the in-transit logistics information shows that the change is successful on FedEx.

$200 WILL BE CHARGED to cancel the order after the package has already shipped.

$200 WILL BE CHARGED if the customer does not accept the package or the package is undelivered.

$200 WILL BE CHARGED if the package has already been delivered to the original address successfully.

Notes:

1. Shipping times can be affected by variable customs clearance times or public holidays. If you have not received your package based on the above estimates, please kindly contact us for help.

2. Shipping times will be affected during public holidays, as manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. Unfortunately, this is outside of our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.

3. It can take a few days after order shipment before the tracking number becomes active on the courier's system. If the information has not appeared on the courier's website, please try again later.

4. All estimated/typical delivery times are derived from past data collected from past orders. They are approximate times for reference only.

5. Please note we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items due to the actions or inactions of FedEx or any other parcel service.

6. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you are attempting to return. For more information regarding our limited warranty and claims process, please review our Limited Warranty Terms, which are incorporated into by reference and form a part of these Terms.

Hiboy Warranty - 

1 Year Warranty, excluding all wear and tear items. The warranty begins from the day of receiving the bike.

Hiboy Return / Refund Policy 

  • Hiboy allows returns of new, unused, undamaged electric scooters and e-bikes within 30 days from delivery date. 

  • The item must include all original accessories, packaging, and be in the same condition in which it was received. 

  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost (unless the item is defective). 

  • For non-defective returns, Hiboy may deduct shipping costs (typically between $50–$200 USD per unit, depending on product) when refunding. 

  • For defective or wrong items, Hiboy covers the return shipping. 

  • After the returned item is received and inspected, a refund or exchange is processed. If the return is requested after 30 days (up to 120 days), refund may be partial (10–50 %) depending on condition and situation; beyond 120 days, full returns are not generally accepted. 

  • Hiboy also imposes interception fees if a customer tries to cancel after shipment (e.g. $50–$200 depending on whether it’s a scooter or e-bike)

Orders will be processed within 0-2 working days.

We will deliver your order to you as soon as possible while keeping it safe. The shipping time is 2-5 working days. We provide local UPS, USPS FedEx, or DHL delivery companies. 

Holiday Shipping

Due to the high volume of orders during November and December please allow extra business days for order processing and delivery.

Delivery Terms

Delivery Hours: Deliveries are typically made between 8 AM and 8 PM.
Signature Requirement: If a signature is required, ensure someone is available to sign for the delivery.

Order Cancellation and Address Changes

Before Shipment: You can cancel your order or modify the address before it ships.
After Shipment: Address changes are not possible once the order has shipped.

If you need to cancel the order after it has shipped, we will attempt to intercept the package, though the success rate is low. An interception fee of $50-$200 will apply ($50-$80 for scooters and $200 for e-bikes).
If interception fails, you can return the product after receipt. Return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, an additional $50-$200 delivery fee will be charged.
If the address is incorrect or incomplete, the package will be returned by the carrier. Please ensure that you enter your address carefully and verify it before submitting your order. Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

Items Damaged During Shipping

Although we take every reasonable precaution to ensure that our products are well packaged, damage may still occur during shipment from our warehouse to your destination. If your product is damaged in transit, please notify us and the shipping company immediately. Freight-related damage must be reported to the freight company and to us within 7 days of receipt of the shipment. Take pictures of the damage and ask the shipping company for a confirmation or claim number. Do not throw away the original packaging.

Items Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Please Submit A Claim Through Route.

We highly recommend adding Route as a premium service to ensure the fastest resolution in the event your order is damaged, lost, or stolen during the delivery process.

What Route Shipping Protection Covers?

Lost - Stuck In Transit

Domestic: The reported issue will be approved no earlier than 7 days and no later than 30 days from the last shipping update.
*Customers can report an issue early but will be asked to wait.

Stolen - Marked As Delivered
The issue will be approved no earlier than 5 days, and no later than 15 days from when the order was marked delivered.
Stolen orders over $100 USD require a police report.

Damaged
Depending on the reported damage, the issue may be approved with photos of the damaged package and item, no later than 15 days from when the order was marked delivered.
